Scootaloo

In honor of this weekend's "Flight to the Finish", have some Scootaloo.  I'm curious to see what they do with this episode... Say what you want about Twilight becoming a Princess, but if nothing else it has led me to question what I believe they're willing to change about the long term set up of the show.  Will Scoots learn to fly?  Will she be revealed as being a pegasus grounded for life (as, apparently, she was originally envisioned)?  Will we finally get a glimpse of her home life?  Could she even, dare I suggest it, get a cutie mark?  Or will the status quo remain pretty much unchanged?

I think it's a mark of credit to the show that I'm really looking forward to this episode, where as before, while I never minded the CMC, I also never really anticipated revisiting them.  Now it's actually a treat, especially in these episodes where they interact strongly with the older cast.
